Great service, but when I asked for a test drive I was rudely told “no’ Once he knew I was a serious buyer this wasn’t a issue On collection of the car I was told the car was recently serviced, on later inspection the cars had not been services as the air filter was discussing and covered in dead bugs and leaves and this couldn’t of happened in no more than 100miles Apart from this everything else was good

The previous owner had the car serviced in April 2022 by another garage, not our workshop. The service records were available to you before you agreed to purchase the car. You turned up without prior appointment, we weren’t aware you were serious about purchasing the car which was in a showroom. On high performance cars like the one you purchased we only accommodate test drives once a deal is in place.

Overall a good service, they didn’t advise me the car I was interested in after I had paid a deposit was Irish registered. I realised this once I searched for MOT information.easy and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them.

Thank you for the review. We only sell UK registered cars and the car you purchased was registered in Belfast which is still part of the UK. The car had Irish number plates on when you came to view the car before paying a deposit, so we presumed you would know it was registered in Ireland. I can only apologise for maybe not clarifying this.

Excellent service! Both Helen and John were extremely helpful and made the buying process enjoyable. Whilst not buying the most expensive car on the forecourt the service remained outstanding. The vehicle was fully serviced and valeted as promised. It is clear Helen and John take pride in their work and encourage repeat business. There is always a degree of jeopardy in buying a used car. However, everyone at John Griffiths Cars was professional and helpful. They quickly and efficiently sorted out the small issues on the car that I raised, the mechanics were knowledgeable, and the workshop appeared very clean and well run.
