The service at John Griffiths was excellent, from enquiring about the car to picking it up. Helen and the team made sure I was kept update with the transactions for the car as well as answered all questions regarding the car prior to the test drive and after. I must say I was impressed with the customer service and will definitely let family and friends know do the garage. Since buying the car I’ve had no issues and it’s driven smoothly, I have no regrets with my purchase at all. Although it was a 2 hour journey it was worth my time and I felt confident in buying due to history about the car given as well as work that had been done by the team before the car was listed.

From start to finish, it was nothing but pleasure doing business. I traveled over 4 hours from South Wales to John Griffiths cars and I would highly recommended this family run business to anyone. Such a friendly, well knowledgeable, and professional service I received. The car is absolutely immaculate minus the obvious wear and tear due to age and mileage but even then, you can see this company really do take pride in the cars they select.
