Bought my first car from John Griffiths, was incredibly happy with the service provided would really recommend. Everything was so easy, and so straightforward the staff really helped take away any doubts I had about purchasing my first car. Loved how family oriented it was felt like you got to know the people instead of it just being another pushy car salesperson. They made my boyfriend, myself and our dog Rocco feel welcome in there showroom really made the buying a car so much more comfortable and relaxing. Really pleased with the car I ended up taking home, couldn’t fault the car couldn’t fault the company. Very honest and sold me an amazing car, would purchase again. The car I ended up purchasing was priced at an amazing valve for the low range it has and the spec, 100% was worth the travel up to there dealership. The photos that were taken of the car were such good quality before I had even seen the car in person felt like I knew what I was getting, again wasn’t worried about being sold a car with hidden details. The whole process was so transparent. The help from the staff with the servicing, the constant communication before we came to pick up the car and the additional help with the paper work. Here at John Griffiths they really go the extra mile for you regardless of the type of car your buying and how much money your spending.

Excellent service from beginning to collection from everyone. More than happy to let you view the car at your own pace without any unnecesary pressure. Able to test drive at short notice, which was great as i was a fair way out and only spotted the car last minute. Purchasing again was extremely smooth, i used a third party finance company and there were no issues at all and was able to collect the vehicle within a few days.
